The rose came in even better than I expected! It was packaged very well and was delivered quite quickly once shipped with a tracking # and regular updates provided. No damage to the bush open arrival - even better yet I thought I was going to get a bareroot rose like what everyone else does to save on shipping costs but instead it’s a fully rooted 2 gallon and ready to be planted rite away! Definitely a great product and value - will be ordering again
Made a little trip out here from College Station and I am sure glad I did! This is a beautiful gem of a garden and nursery. They have every rose bush imaginable and a few good native Texas plants and shrubs. The prices are pretty reasonable too! It has beautiful paths and landscaping. I went in the dead heat of summer, so it was very hot and yes the plants looked about like I did in this Texas heat...hot! But the staff was keeping everything watered and maintained, not too mention how helpful and knowledgeable they were!!! Bees and butterflies were everywhere with the sound of the big windchimes, gave this place a sorta magical feel. I could only imagine how beautiful it is in the Spring and Fall months. I even bought a rose bush and tried rose lemonade. Will definitely be going back to enjoy and of course buy another rose bush. If you like gardens and nursery's, you don't want to miss this place!
Enjoyed our visit here. Just being surrounded by all the plants made us happy and one with nature. There were several varieties of roses. We bought 2 rose pots. There were also some interesting spots for photos.
I took the residents from Alders Magnolia here for a day trip. Wow! It is so beautiful here!! We also took a very scenic route here and that was gorgeous as well! I have definitely added this destination to my trip list!
Where to begin?! This was such a beautiful place and I’m so glad we made the trip to visit. So many beautiful flowers and art all displayed in a gorgeous fashion. I loved every bit of this magical place and so did my family. Thank you so much for offering such an awesome place for people like myself to enjoy!! We will definitely be making a trip back, hopefully next time for some beautiful plants.
Such a beautiful place to take a stroll and enjoy the gardens. I would have loved to have had my wedding in a place like this. It's absolutely gorgeous and a great place to take kids to learn about flowers. Lots of parking and there are restrooms and a gift shop. They have annuals, shade plants, roses, perennials, and herbs available right now. All types of garden accessories in the different cottages. Lot's of seating around the many different garden sections to sit down and enjoy the scenery. They have the largest selection of roses anywhere. This truly is a very special place.
A 15 minute drive from Blue Bell Creamery. This place needs more exposure! A free, nice walk around in this garden is good for nature enthusiasts. We couldn't cover the entire place. They do sell roses and other plants. But due to the hot summer many of them didn't look all that fresh and blooming. But I hope they can do a better job. Good place for small wedding planning etc.
I like to bring my friends here if they want to roam around, watch beautiful plants and flowers and take some good pictures. It’s a small place but it’s not bad.
